I just experienced the flip side of the CL coin this weekend. I called about a dresser on Saturday morning and in the afternoon I received a text that the dresser was still available, but someone had called an hour previously and was coming to look at it. I live ten minutes from the seller and so drove over to the address. As I pulled in I finally received a reply to my text message asking if I should bother coming to look at it (the original reply back said I could come look at it at any time) since there was already someone on the way.

Place looked like a crack den anyway so I probably dodged a bullet.
